I'm Mel. I like working out, eating healthy (with the occasional naughty treat!) and enjoying life. Fitness to me is not about being skinny or crazy diets but being happy and comfortable in your own skin. It's about being strong and maintaining a healthy balance. Strength training is a major part of my workout philosophy.
I'm a certified personal trainer and am halfway through studying a degree in Nutrition which I thoroughly enjoy. I'm originally from Sydney, Australia but have lived in Hong Kong for the past 3 years.
This blog is a way for me to share my workout tips and healthy recipes and general ramblings about life!
